Parts Work w/Andrea Tessier
In this workshop, Andrea will guide you in distinguishing between the True Self and the many other aspects, or "parts" of the ego-mind, that are identified with our experiences, beliefs, roles, and responsibilities (like the people-pleaser, the perfectionist, the caretaker, and the overfunctioner).
