Day 1: Revelation

Find out the real cause of mid-life malaise, like anxiety, insomnia, belly bloat, crepey skin, and most importantly, the antidote. 
In this lesson, you learned:

  • Your symptoms are your body's way of telling you something is not aligned. Your body is not broken, and you do not need to be fixed. 
  • The four stages of life (the four ashramas) and the innate drive and desires particular to that phase.
  • How to craft a Sankalpa to act as a guide on your journey ahead.  

Action Item: Craft a Sankalpa (you can use the workbook below as a guide) and share it in the Telegram group.

Day 2: Ritual

Wednesday, February 12th @ 1 PM EST

Today, you learned Ayurvedic rituals to realign to the healing power of nature and the rhythms of your body for long-term health and beauty. In this lesson, you learned:

  • An Eastern perspective on hormonal balance and the #1 hormone disruptor. 
  • The benefits of Dinacharya or daily routine on your hormones, nervous system, and really, your life. It's how you move through the world. 
  • How Ritucharya, or seasonal routine, keeps you balanced and connected to a divine life force. 
 

Day 3: Reclamation

Thursday, Feb. 13th @ 1 PM EST

Today, you learned the missing ingredient in almost all wellness methodologies: Your Health Story.

Your beliefs about your health shape your reality more than any diet, wellness trend, or supplement ever could. If you’ve ever struggled to stay consistent with self-care, felt stuck in cycles of burnout, or believed that certain health challenges were just "part of getting older," today’s lesson showed you why.

We explored how identifying and rewriting these stories is the key to making lasting, meaningful changes in your health and vitality.

Winter Self-Care Workshop

In this workshop, you learned about the energetics of this season - Air & Ether. It's the Vata time of year, so you might notice signs of a Vata imbalance, such as dry skin, spaciness, and constipation. Even if it is not terribly cold where you are, you might find the indoors drier due to heat - which can also contribute to a Vata imbalance.

We discussed self-care practices, such as:

  • Abhyanga
  • Nasya
  • Dry Brushing
  • Uses for ghee
  • Creativity (thank you, goddess Cori for the inspiration! And stay tuned for a creativity co-working session.)
